Nina Corkson-Iheme is a dynamic people leader, with over 15 years of experience in Strategic HR leadership, passionate about driving organizational growth through effective talent strategies and human-centered leadership.

As Head of HR at Megastar Construction Company, Nina has spent more than a decade shaping people strategies that align with business goals for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Her expertise spans end-to-end recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and change management. She has led large-scale recruitment projects, streamlined HR operations through automation, and implemented retention-driven initiatives that strengthened company culture and engagement.

Prior to assuming her role at Megastar Construction, Nina served as an HR Business Partner at United Bank for Africa, a financial services organization with a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees spanning numerous regions. She worked closely with regional leadership to implement workforce planning, performance management, and engagement strategies that improved productivity and employee satisfaction.

Nina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Salford, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt. She has also earned advanced certifications from Cornell University and the University of Cambridge, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
