Austin Osazuwa is an accomplished Project Director and innovation-driven leader with over 17 years of experience delivering complex energy, marine, and digital infrastructure projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He is widely regarded for his ability to combine technical depth with disciplined project governance to deliver high-impact outcomes in demanding, multinational environments.

He has held senior project and engineering roles with leading global organizations, including SBM Offshore, Royal IHC Merwede, Hollandia Steel, Seaway Heavy Lifting, Allseas, Van Oord, and Boskalis, where he contributed to major offshore energy and marine construction projects while building and leading high-performing, collaborative teams.

He currently leads hyperscale data centre delivery across the EMEA region, overseeing mission-critical programmes with a strong emphasis on safety, schedule certainty, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment, and operational coordination. Austin is recognized for establishing resilient governance structures, accelerating project delivery, resolving complex technical challenges, and fostering cultures anchored in trust, clarity, and performance excellence.

Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management. He is currently completing a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management.
